Indonesia's Largest Super App, BRImo, Reaches 38.61 Million Users

By the end of December 2024, BRImo’s user base had surged to 38.61 million, reflecting a 22.12% growth compared to the previous year. The app processed a staggering 4.34 billion transactions during the year, marking a 40.54% year-on-year increase. In monetary terms, transactions on BRImo amounted to Rp 5,596 trillion, up 34.57% from the prior year.
The app’s contribution to fee-based income stood at Rp 2.97 trillion, an impressive 22.19% year-on-year growth. This performance highlights BRI’s success in leveraging its digital ecosystem to diversify income streams.
BRImo has solidified its position as a leading digital banking platform through its innovative features, setting it apart from competitors. Key highlights include gold savings accounts, BRImo widgets, in-app complaint services, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) for cost-free customer service calls, and customizable transaction limits to meet user preferences.
Other standout features include merchant location searches via Sabrina Chat, direct delivery for daily essentials, ticket purchasing for various modes of transport, parcel delivery services, parking payments, QRIS Transfers, cash withdrawals via AgenBRILink agents, international transfers to over 120 countries, currency conversion, and investment portfolio insights.
