JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — LippoLand completed the topping-off of Tower UX at its URBN X apartment complex on Friday, Dec 19, 2025 in Lippo Village, marking the completion of the building’s main structure and keeping unit handovers on track to begin in July 2026. The milestone signaled a transition into interior works, mechanical and electrical installation, and the completion of shared facilities across the development.
The ceremony was attended by LippoLand management, construction teams, and development partners, underscoring progress at the mixed-use project located in the CBD of Lippo Village Sentral. Developers said the topping-off confirmed construction timelines after a period of heightened scrutiny across Indonesia’s residential property sector.
Tower UX was designed as a residential building featuring dual-level living concepts and shared community spaces aimed at encouraging interaction among residents. “Tower UX is designed with a two-level living concept that prioritizes comfort and community interaction,” said David Iman Santosa, the chief executive of LippoLand.
The tower offers panoramic views across Lippo Village and the surrounding golf course, positioning the project within one of the area’s most established urban clusters. The location is integrated with healthcare, education, hospitality, and lifestyle facilities within walking distance, including medical, retail, and dining hubs.
LippoLand said the project targeted students, medical professionals, and urban workers seeking modern housing in a mature township environment. The company framed URBN X as part of a broader effort to cater to demand for compact, well-connected urban residences.
Tower UX introduced three new unit types, each equipped with ensuite bathrooms. The Duplex Mono unit spans 26.4 square meters with a mezzanine bedroom layout, while the Duplex Duo unit offers 36.29 square meters with two separate bedrooms designed for added privacy and investment appeal.
The largest unit, X-tra Elevate, measures 40.79 square meters and features two bedrooms, higher ceilings, and a private balcony. Units at URBN X are being marketed from prices starting at Rp 399 million, with prospective buyers able to visit a dedicated experience center at CBD Lippo Village Sentral.
