JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk or POWR distributes an interim dividend on Monday, Jan 26, 2026 in Jakarta while pursuing renewable energy expansion to support long term growth amid rising operating costs and volatile industrial power demand.
In December 2025, shareholders approved an interim dividend of $22.94 million, equal to Rp 383.2 billion or Rp 24.2 per share, reflecting a payout ratio of about 40 percent of net profit recorded through the third quarter of 2025.
The dividend decision was supported by net profit of $57.3 million and retained earnings of $310.7 million, underscoring the company’s continued commitment to shareholder returns.
Earlier, at an extraordinary shareholders meeting in mid November 2025, the company approved plans to issue up to $500 million in US dollar denominated bonds.
The notes are expected to carry a coupon of up to 7.0 percent with a tenor of 10 years, giving the company flexibility to refinance upcoming maturities and manage its debt profile.
Cikarang Listrindo currently has outstanding bonds of $500 million due on Sept 14, 2026, and management said proceeds from the planned issuance would be used to maintain liquidity and extend debt maturities.
The refinancing strategy was expected to support financial stability and operational continuity over the next growth cycle.
Alongside capital management measures, the company accelerated its push into renewable energy.
In June 2025, Cikarang Listrindo established PT Energi Baik Alami as a new subsidiary, holding 99.99 percent of its paid up capital, to serve as a holding company focused on renewable energy investments.
Management said the move was part of a broader strategy to diversify assets and strengthen the group’s long term clean energy portfolio.
Two months later, the company expanded the structure by forming PT Alami Energi Lestari on Aug 8, 2025, which is 99.99 percent owned by Energi Baik Alami.
The establishment of Alami Energi Lestari was expected to provide a positive contribution to business sustainability, particularly for future renewable energy development.
“This subsidiary will support Cikarang Listrindo’s sustainable development in the renewable energy sector,” management said in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Friday, Aug 22, 2025.
From a financial perspective, interim results through Sept 30, 2025 showed solid revenue growth but weaker profitability.
Revenue in the third quarter of 2025 rose 10.67 percent year on year to Rp 2.35 trillion from Rp 2.13 trillion in the same period of 2024.
Operating income, however, declined 9.49 percent to Rp 521.91 billion, reflecting higher operating expenses.
Net profit fell sharply by 50.28 percent to Rp 294.60 billion in the third quarter of 2025, compared with Rp 592.48 billion a year earlier.
POWR shares traded in the range of Rp 695 to Rp 715 between December 2025 and January 2026, closing around Rp 700 to Rp 715 in late December and mid January sessions.
According to InvestingPro, POWR’s outlook remained supported by its attractive dividend yield and renewable diversification strategy, although investors were advised to monitor fuel cost volatility and macro trends in industrial electricity demand.
